Shipping & Handling
Please remember…all Fairies ’n Frogs custom items are handmade, one at a time, especially for your little one. So that we may take our time to ensure that your order is carefully constructed with the attention to detail and quality that makes Fairies ’n Frogs items so special, please allow us 2-3 weeks to ship your custom made or personalized merchandise.
Our flat shipping and handling rate for all domestic US orders is $7.00, provided that your entire order will be shipped to the same address.
To ship to more than one address, you will need to place separate orders.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
We will contact you once the order has been shipped. Please allow the Postal Service 2-10 business days for delivery once shipping has commenced.
Rush Orders
If you need your order to be shipped sooner than 2-3 weeks, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Prior to ordering, please contact us to make sure that we can meet your rush requirements.
Please note that a rush fee of $15.00 per item will apply.
You will also need to choose an expedited shipping option at checkout.
Returns & Cancellations
We feel confident that you will be delighted with your Fairies ’n Frogs purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- For a refund on name brand, in-stock merchandise, the item must be returned within 10 days of receipt, in its original unworn condition, with tags attached.
- Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. Custom items or items that have been personalized may not be returned.
- Orders for custom or personalized items may not be canceled after production has begun.
